Altece Design offer complete architectural and engineering design services for residential and commercial projects with personalized service. Our projects include remodels, additions, conversions, new construction, new homes, re-builds, and repair due to fire damage, remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs) including garage conversions, and duplexes. Commercial projects include tenant improvement, additions, and new buildings.

We offer a full package to our clients, from design to a full set of planning, layouts accepted by the City. Our goal is to save time and cost for each project resulting in a completely coordinated set of plans. If the client prefers, we offer a professional package that includes a full set of plans, approved by the City along with inspections of the project as required.

If further consultants are required such as a soils engineer, zoning, yard variances, and maps or a surveyor, we organize this for the clients as well.
